Prepare your very first setups to become a degen.

Although alternative wallets are available, our top recommendation is Metamask. In this guide, we'll operate under the assumption that you're using Metamask, given its popularity among users. Nonetheless, the process of setting up a wallet should remain quite similar regardless of the wallet you opt for. Now, let's begin by adding the Zircuit network to your wallet.

Note: Currently, Zircuit is in its Testnet stage. As the team prepares for the Mainnet launch, users can engage in testing activities on the Testnet. This guide will provide Testnet details, with Mainnet information to follow later.

1. Visit https://explorer.zircuit.com/ and connect your wallet

1. At the top right of the screen, click "Add Zircuit" and Approve in your wallet

1. Once approved, click "Switch Network" in the following popup

Now, you can use the Zircuit network! In case you do not wish to interact with any websites, you have the option to manually add Zircuit to your wallet. Here are the steps you should take:

1. Open your Metamask and click on the network menu

1. Select "Add network" in the popup

1. Select "Add a network manually"

1. Add the following details:

• Network name: Zircuit

• RPC URL: https://zircuit1.p2pify.com

• Chain ID: 48899

• Currency symbol: ETH

• Block explorer URL (optional): https://explorer.zircuit.com/

Now, you can use the Zircuit network. In the next step, we will find out how to fuel your wallet with ETH so you can perform transactions, deploy contracts, and more.
