Presale
The Gmeow Presale model is structured to provide a clear and predictable framework for token sales, enhancing the experience for all participants. It features fixed elements such as the token sale price, listing price, caps, and a targeted fund value, which streamline the entire process.
Presale Rate: This defines the number of tokens that can be purchased with 1 ETH during the initial sale.
Whitelist: To manage the sales process more effectively, an optional whitelist feature can be enabled, allowing greater control over who can participate in the presale.
Soft Cap and Hard Cap: These caps determine the minimum and maximum amounts of funds that need to be raised. The Soft Cap is set at a minimum of 25% of the Hard Cap to ensure viability.
Refund Options: In the event that the Soft Cap is not met, there are predefined methods for handling refunds: either returning the unsold tokens to the administrator or burning them.
Liquidity Percentage: A specified percentage of the collected funds, ranging from 51% to 100%, is allocated to provide liquidity for the trading pair in our liquidity pools.
Listing Rate: The initial price of the token when it is listed in the liquidity pool, typically set lower than the presale price to facilitate a higher starting price upon listing.
Sale Start and End Time: Precise scheduling of the start and end dates and times for the token sale.
Liquidity Lockup Period: Specifies the duration during which the liquidity funds cannot be withdrawn from the pool, which can vary from 30 days to a year.
Vesting Contributor Feature: This additional option imposes limits on the initial availability of tokens to participants, controlling the release of purchased tokens over time.
