V2 AMM
Constant Product AMM.
Gmeow's V2 AMM utilizes the UniV2 constant formula but integrates a custom implementation of Solidity-type logic for stablecoins. Serving as the cornerstone of our ecosystem-focused strategy, the Gmeow AMM is designed with the following principles in focus:
Offering a high degree of flexibility and customization
Enhancing trading efficiency for users
Supporting the growth of protocols by adapting to their requirements
These considerations have driven the development of our AMM V2, which features a dual-liquidity model for pairs, dynamic directional fees, and a swap referral mechanism for collaborating applications.
Dual-liquidity type
Every Gmeow LP has the option to be categorized based on the anticipated price correlation level between the two tokens within the pair.
Volatile pairs
Volatile pairs consist of assets that are not correlated, following the typical UniV2 model and employing the standard constant product formula.
Stable pairs
Stable pairs are utilized for correlated assets and aim to uphold a 1:1 transfer ratio whenever feasible. This calculation relies on the widely recognized Solidly curve.
Dynamic directional fees
Recognizing that a single approach may not be suitable for all, we offer customizable swap fees that adapt to market conditions and the specific requirements of protocols.
Dynamic & directional
Trading pairs have the flexibility to be customized with individual swap fees, and it's also feasible for each pair to have distinct values based on the direction of the swap (buying or selling). This grants us the ability to incentivize each pair uniquely, considering factors such as asset volatility or stability, protocol structures, and specific project requirements (e.g., an established project seeking to minimize friction, a newly launched project aiming to stabilize and mitigate selling pressure, etc.).
Fees handling delegation
Every project launching on our AMM and interested in collaboration can have its LPs customized with unique swap rates designed to align with its individual strategy. Our ultimate goal is to empower partnering protocols to directly manage the swap fees of their own pairs.
